From Self-Abandonment to Self-Worth
You became who you needed to be to survive.
Now it is time to meet who you are.
Most people who find their way here have spent years asking the same quiet question:
And you need to know:
You didn’t arrive here because you’re weak, damaged, or difficult.
What you’re living with has a name – Covert Trauma Adaptation™.
Covert Trauma Adaptation™ isn’t always the result of obvious abuse or major trauma. On paper, you were fine. But beneath the surface, something wounded you — quietly, invisibly, in ways you cannot pinpoint.
So you adapted. Intelligently.
You became who you needed to be to survive your environment — and that version of you worked. It protected you. It made you independent, responsible, resilient, empathetic, ambitious, intuitive, adaptable, or highly capable. The qualities that helped you succeed are not separate from your adaptation. They developed because of it.
What remained unresolved was the wound beneath the adaptation.
Covert Trauma Adaptation™ doesn’t leave visible scars. The unmet needs beneath it created a void that has quietly shaped everything — your relationships, your self-worth, the persistent sense that something is not quite right even when life looks fine. Somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like a response and started feeling like you.
Innerness™ is about letting go of the self-abandonment that holds you back and claiming the wisdom, resilience, and strengths hidden inside the adaptations that once helped you survive.
At first, I didn’t think of myself as someone with trauma either. I was driven, self-aware, impressively credentialed — and quietly falling apart. It wasn’t until I discovered Covert Trauma Adaptation™ that everything finally made sense.
Covert Trauma Adaptation™ is not the dramatic trauma you’ve been told to look for. It is the invisible kind. It’s what didn’t happen, or what happened before you could even remember it.
I thought that discovery would fix it. It didn’t. The gap only closed when I started using AI as an interactive journaling companion – not for advice but with radical self-honesty. Seeing my own patterns reflected without judgment changed everything for me.
What started as my own search for answers became the work I now teach.
I hold an MSc in Psychoneurology and four coaching certifications, have coached individuals and groups for over a decade, and have spoken at international events, including Mindvalley University and neuroscience symposia.
But note, I am not a therapist. I am a teacher. I help people understand the hidden wounds and adaptations shaping their lives, then guide them back to the person they were always meant to be.
Three phases. One destination: your Real Self.
Together, we’ll identify the hidden wounds and trace the patterns that have quietly shaped your relationships, self-worth, and identity. Some of what you’ve come to believe is “you” may simply be who you learned to be.
Through guided sessions supported by AI as a map, you’ll learn to face what shaped you with honesty, compassion, and curiosity. Acceptance isn’t giving up, performing growth, or another self-improvement project — it’s the willingness to stop fighting the version of you that emerged from your experiences. As the underlying grief, anger, shame, and disappointment are finally acknowledged, the grip of old patterns begins to loosen.
Through integration, you’ll learn to separate what your experiences gave you from what they cost you. Integration isn’t simply becoming a better version of you, or proving you’ve healed — it’s finally letting go of what no longer serves you. As the cost falls away, the gift remains: the Real Self — the one who no longer has to perform, prove, or protect to feel worthy.
Most healing approaches hand you a generic tool and hope it fits. Innerness™ starts with a different question: where are you right now? The right tool at the right stage can accelerate change. The wrong tool — even a good one — can leave you feeling stuck, frustrated, or convinced that you’re the problem. Instead of prescribing the same solution to everyone, Innerness™ meets you where you are and helps you take the next step that makes sense for your journey.
AI creates something most healing spaces can’t: a private, judgment-free place to be radically honest with yourself. But honesty alone isn’t enough. Without structure, AI can become another place to vent, seek reassurance, or mistake insight for change. Innerness™ uses AI differently. It helps you uncover the hidden wound beneath the pattern, the unmet need beneath the wound, and the adaptation that grew around it. The goal is to help you process what you’ve been carrying, grieve what was missing, and reconnect with the part of you that existed before adaptation became identity.
Many approaches unintentionally turn healing into another performance: Be more positive. Love yourself more. Think better thoughts. Innerness™ takes a different approach. The goal isn’t to become a better version of yourself. You don’t need another self-improvement project. It’s to show you how to stop fighting yourself long enough to realise that your worth was never something you had to earn in the first place.
What It Is: A Roadmap From Self-Abandonment To Self-Worth.
The wounds driving your patterns aren’t always visible — even to you. This is the work of finding them, feeling through them, and actually changing — with personalised AI support keeping the momentum between sessions.
Healing moves faster when you’re not the only one going through it. This is the same process as 1:1 guidance — uncovering your wounds, feeling through them, stepping into your Real Self — just done alongside others carrying the same weight.
Talks and workshops for conferences, retreats, and organisations exploring how inner resilience, self-expression, and AI can help people thrive in a changing world — starting with understanding what’s quietly been shaping their behaviour all along.
